We are looking for an experienced VP Sales to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.
**Responsibilities**:
- Build and focusing on Property Agent focused business with strategic approach.
- Establish and implement short and long term goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
- Build and motivate a world-class product/approach, marketing (customer and consumer) and customer service team.
- Develop and Oversee operating plan, budget, cash flow, and company finances.
- Establish strategic partnerships with other companies (property developers, banks, etc) in order to reach the growth targets and profitability.
- Ensure the department and its businesses comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements and, where appropriate, best practices.
- Business Development - ensure sustainable business development plans to ensure consistent incoming revenue
- Establish, achieve, and regularly report on financial and milestones to BoD.
**Requirements**:
- Over 10 years of experience (within the last 15 years) leading and scaling a high growth FMCG, Retail business, Automotive, B2C focused - Start-up.
- P&L responsibilities at head of significant BU level
- Prior experience and exposure to New Products, Market Expansion, Pricing Strategy, Winning competition.
- Proven track record of building successful products and high caliber teams from the ground up, ideally in current roles
- Experience in managing a Board of Directors and corporate stakeholders to keep regular updates on business performance and progress
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
- Strong desire to lead from a strategic and tactical perspective in all aspects of day to day company operations.
- Ability to work strategically, but also hands-on problem solving
