**Job Descriptions**:

- Develop strategies for all marketing teams, such as digital, advertising, communications, and creative.
- Prepare and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
- Setting, monitoring, and reporting on team goals
- Create positioning, pricing, and branding strategies.
- Analyze consumer behavior and establish customer personas.
- Identify opportunities to reach new markets and increase market share.
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to increase brand awareness.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a Head of Marketing or Vice President of Marketing, within Digital Banking or E-wallet companies, with successful campaign management.
- Prior marketing experience with Product Adoption/Product Launch.
- Expertise in web analytics and Google Adwords, as well as strong leadership skills for goal setting and prioritization.
- Possess a solid analytical mind.
