The marketing Lead is a personal coach for team members and builds cohesion in the squad. They will lead marketing strategics across all products and use-cases working closely with internal teams (e.g., product, IT) and external vendors (as needed). They also assist in assessment and deployment of new initiatives- Translate the idea brief into design and art style recommendations that fits the objective of a campaign / experiments- Clearly communicate actions and emotions through images, motion graphics, videos and/or words, grounded in the customer- Quickly turnaround design and copy options for the Growth Managers and Campaign Managers to provide feedback- Account for the role of different channels in the customer journey- Collaborate with the brand communications and content marketing team to ensure design and copy are in-line with brand style guides and product strategy**Job Requirements**:**Domain Expertise**:- Clearly communicate ideas across platforms (e.g., copy, design)- Experience in customer-centric marketing that moves customers to action and builds brand affinity; sense of organization's brand identity- Comfort with various creative software and platforms (static & motion)**Ability to quickly execute and iterate creative assetsAgile Experience**:- Good understanding of Agile processes and mindsets, particularly with regard to speed and iteration- Strong sense of agile ceremonies and the key timeframes when copy and design are required**Deep grounding in the role of different channels in the customer journeyIndividual skills**:- Confident communication skills, with the ability to follow creative guidance while also having a perspective on design and copy that resonates with the customer**Proactive and empowered to make creative choices within guidelinesMindet and Behaviors**:- Customer orientation- Collaborative mindset to deliver the right design and copy- Comfortable with iteration to quickly execute and deliver
