Financial Strategy and Risk Management: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals, analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and manage financial risks such as currency fluctuations and interest rate changes.
- Budgeting, Forecasting, and Cash Flow Management: Create and manage budgets, forecast financial performance, optimize cash flow for operational needs, and allocate funds effectively.
- Financial Reporting and Compliance: Oversee preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis for stakeholders, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
- Tax Strategy, Planning, and Compliance: Develop tax strategies aligned with financial objectives, analyze tax implications, minimize tax liabilities, and ensure compliance with tax laws.
- Investment, Capital Allocation, and Relationship Management: Make decisions on capital allocation for investments, mergers, and acquisitions, build and maintain relationships with external partners like banks, auditors, and advisors.
- Team Leadership and Financial Technology: Manage and lead finance team of professionals, and stay updated on technological advancements in financial software and tools.
- Strategic Decision Support: Provide financial insights and analysis to support executive and operational decision-making throughout the organization.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- Have experience in high-pace organizations
- Extensive experience in finance, accounting, and taxation roles, with progressive leadership responsibilities.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, reporting standards, and tax laws.
- Experienced in intercompany and intercountry transactions
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to handle complex financial and tax scenarios.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
