**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategies to establish and enhance relationships with government authorities, agencies, and key organizations relevant to Evermos's business interests.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Evermos and government entities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships with government institutions that align with Evermos's mission and business goals.
- Navigate government regulations, policies, and processes to advocate for Evermos's interests and ensure compliance across business operations.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments that could impact Evermos, providing timely analysis and strategic advice to the executive team.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align government relations strategies with overall business objectives.
- Represent Evermos at government meetings, hearings, and industry associations, effectively advocating for the company's positions on relevant issues.
- Develop and maintain a strong network within key government organizations to support Evermos's strategic initiatives.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in government relations or a related field, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with government institutions.
- Extensive network within government organizations, with a proven track record of leveraging these relationships to achieve business objectives.
- Deep understanding of government processes, regulations, and the legislative environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate government policies and trends into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with government officials and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing cross-functional projects and teams.
