**_Who you will be working with_**
The VP of Strategy will be part of the **Strategy and Digital Office**, and will report to the Group Chief Strategy and Digital of Sinar Mas Multi Artha (SMMA).
The **Strategy and Digital Office **is responsible for the corporate strategy, digital product development, and digital transformation of the Sinarmas Financial Services group of companies, including banking, insurance, securities, leasing, and even cryptocurrencies.
Specifically, the division shall:
- Develop a long-term strategy for business units
- Identify digital product opportunities and coordinate resources for discovery, design, development, and launch
- Identify and drive cross Business Unit product & business synergy
- Lead execution of organic & inorganic growth initiatives

What you will be doing_**
The VP of Strategy will contribute to the crafting, calculation, and communication of the group's and Business Units' strategies, whether they involve inorganic growth, digital products, or even go-to-market motions. You are expected to do:
- Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement innovative strategic plans that guide the organization toward success.
Led cross-functional teams in executing strategic initiatives and projects, fostering collaboration, and ensuring a unified approach.
- Digital Transformation:
Drive digital transformation efforts across the organization, staying abreast of industry trends and incorporating cutting-edge technologies to enhance our operations.
- Communication and Presentation:
Effectively communicate and present strategic plans and recommendations to the executive leadership team, translating complex ideas into actionable insights.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, collaborating with senior leaders to drive strategic alignment and ensure the successful execution of corporate initiatives.
- Synergy Identification, Timely Execution, & Primary Point of Contact:
Identify and leverage synergies across different business units and functions, driving value through cohesive collaboration. Ensure the timely and effective implementation, execution, and delivery of strategic plans.
This position also serves as the primary point of contact for stakeholders within the designated business unit or assigned subsidiaries, fostering strong relationships and proactively addressing concerns.

What you need to have_**
- ** 10+ years** of experience in general management, management consulting, and deal advisory
- A degree in business or a related field preferred
- Excellent financial modeling, communication, and presentation skills for executives
- The ability to collect and analyze data, assess problems, and structure solutions
- Strong time management and the ability to stick to tight deadlines
- Self-awareness and ability to assess personal performance
- Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic plans.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and strong people skills with the ability to build relationships and be persuasive when necessary
- Demonstrated ability to drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Relationship-building expertise with a focus on collaboration and alignment.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
