**Key Responsibilities**- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with Evermos's business goals and general trade initiatives.- Lead the end-to-end operations of the supply chain, ensuring seamless coordination from distribution companies to wholesalers and retailers.- Foster strong relationships with suppliers, distribution partners, wholesalers, and retailers to ensure supply chain efficiency and reliability.- Analyze market trends and supply chain performance to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.- Drive innovation within the supply chain to enhance operational efficiency, sustainability, and agility.- Oversee the management of supply chain risks, ensuring robust contingency plans are in place.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business expansion and product launches.- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards across the supply chain.- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
