**About the Role**:
The profile will be part of the leadership team to assist CEO and other leaders in transforming HR position as business partner and crafting strategies to help shape organization culture and reach business objectives in fast growth environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work with leadership team and founder to build a culture of learning, performance, and development for your main stakeholders.
- Coach and support team leads, and area managers on people related topics to build healthy succession planning strategy.
- Support management to address and improve the workplace environment and employee engagement.
- Planning, implementing, and evaluating HR/People policies, programs, and practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute hiring, recruiting and engagement initiatives.
- Work on new products and tools we can use to retain and grow our key talent in our different teams, allowing them to do their best work as we scale.
- Work with leads in teams on delivering feedback, career development, performance improvements, key processes, and cultural knowledge-gaps.
- Build people's operational processes that is scalable to be used to support business exponential growth.
**Key Requirements**:
- 10+ years' experience with firm track record in large established organization as HR with focus in talent acquisition and HRBP.
- 5+ years' experience holding managerial position with full span of control in the function.
- Strong ability to build trusting working relationships across the board.
- Clear communication and presentation skills as **there will be business case presentation at final stage.**:
- Problem solving - you are comfortable working with business leaders and managers to address any workforce challenges and handle large headcounts.
- Change-management skills - ability to facilitate productive discussions around change and transformation.
- Self starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
