**About the Company**:
Our client is a prominent Telecommunication company with strong foothold in Indonesia. They are currently seeking for VP Strategy & Planning to oversee and ensure all the projects are aligned with the deadline given.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-entities teams to ensure smooth coordination of activities, timelines, and resources. Maximize resource allocation to enhance personnel and budget resource utilization, optimizing efficiency.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, status reports, and dashboards to define the revenue target and metrics.
- Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues to senior management as necessary.
- Continuously enhance project management processes and tools to increase efficiency.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between stakeholders, providing regular updates on status, milestones, and challenges.
- Ensure adherence to established quality standards and project management methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the project portfolio with overarching business goals, ensuring projects contribute to strategic objectives.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the related fields.
- Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and management
- Skills in process mapping, analysis, and optimization to identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and drive efficiency
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana, or other similar platforms
- Proficiency in portfolio optimization, risk assessment, and resource allocation to ensure that the project portfolio aligns with strategic objectives
- Clearly communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner that fosters understanding and alignment among different parties
- Expertise in change management that can anticipate resistance and facilitate the acceptance of new practices, minimizing disruptions and maximizing the benefits of the changes.
