Waiter/Waitress

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and seating customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Providing menu recommendations and answering customer inquiries
- Serving food and beverages to customers promptly and accurately
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and addressing any issues or requests
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Processing customer payments and handling cash transactions accurately
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and condiments
- Assisting in setting up and closing down the restaurant, including cleaning and restocking supplies
- Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for customers

**Job Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate and fulfill customer needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure to ensure timely service
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including the ability to make recommendations and answer customer inquiries

**Salary**: Rp4,000,000 - Rp5,000,000 per month
