Waiter / Waitress

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly attitude.
- Provide information and assistance regarding the facility's services and offerings.
- Ensure timely and efficient service to customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Handle transactions accurately, including processing payments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment for 1-2 years.
- Age between 20 and 40 years old.
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
- Conversational English skills.
- Willingness to work in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, or Al Ain.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: Rp6,552,708 per month
