**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers as they arrive and provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
- Deliver excellent customer service and hospitality.
- Take food and beverage orders and ensure accuracy of customer requests.
- Upsell and cross-sell available products including retail and merchandise.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure guests have everything they need, including utensils, napkins, and condiments.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff and bar staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly.
- Handle cash, EDC, QRIS, and other payment transactions.
- Answer customer questions and provide recommendations for menu items.
- Clear and clean tables after customers have finished their meals.
- Set up and organize tables and dining areas.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling and storage of food and beverage products.
**Requirements**:
- Hospitality high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role preferred.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques and etiquette.
- Familiar with POS systems and other computerized sales tools.
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Speak English at a conversational level.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in operating cash registers.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Able to join immediately.
- Currently living in Surabaya is preferred.
**Salary**: Up to Rp3,000,000 per month
**Experience**:
- Restaurant/Banquet Server: 1 year (preferred)
