Walk-In Center Section Head - Bsd

**Job Descriptions**:- Handle customer inquiries, requests & complaints to meet the service level.- Coordinate with other divisions to resolve customer complaints.- Record the customer complaint and prepare the complaint reports on monthly basis.- Build strategies to have effective complaint handling.**Job Qualifications**:- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Management.- Minimum 10 years of working experience in Customer Service or relation field.- Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
