Walk-In Center Section Head - Bsd

Handle customer inquiries, requests & complaints to meet the service level.
- Coordinate with other divisions to resolve customer complaints.
- Record the customer complaint and prepare the complaint reports on monthly basis.
- Build strategies to have effective complaint handling.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Management.
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in Customer Service or relation field.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
