**STORE LEADER**
- Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting and assisting customers, as well as addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Directly supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, cash reconciliation, and other customer-related services.
- Monitor sales activities to ensure customers receive satisfactory service and high-quality products.
- Efficiently manage and control inventory stock, reordering as needed to maintain optimal levels.
- Lead and inspire the team through guidance, coaching, and constructive feedback, maximizing their performance.

**SALES ASSOCIATE**
- Master product knowledge and brand information to effectively communicate with customers.
- Deliver outstanding service in accordance with brand guidelines, aiming to exceed customer expectations.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with both new and regular customers.
- Actively contribute to achieving the store's monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

- Willing to work in various locations across Indonesia.
- Strong persuasive communication skills.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Sales-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility in work schedule.
- Preferably, have experience in sales roles and the retail industry, with a minimum of 1 year for a Sales Associate and 5 years for a Store Leader.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English is advantageous.
