**JOB DESCRIPTION****Job Title: Operations Manager****Department: Operation & Management Department****Reports to: General Manager****Responsibilities**:- Strategically plan shipments by aligning product availability with customer requests.- Monitor and oversee orders to ensure punctual and efficient deliveries.- Prepare essential shipment documents, including invoices, purchase orders, and bills of lading.- Coordinate and optimize supply chain procedures to enhance delivery quality.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders, suppliers, and customers.- Supervise warehouse stock levels and initiate orders as required.- Foster effective collaboration with clients, suppliers, and transportation companies.- Offer timely updates to customers regarding the status of their orders.**Required Skills/Abilities**:- Ideally, a minimum of 4 years of experience in Logistics & Warehouse Management.- Proven work background as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator, or a comparable role.- Familiarity with logistics software and transport management systems.- Exceptional time management abilities, consistently meeting deadlines.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- Proficiency in Warehouse Systems, enabling efficient stock management.- Fluent proficiency in English, both in written and spoken communication.
