Warehouse And Logistics / Operations Manager

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Job Title: Operations Manager**

**Department: Operation & Management Department**

**Reports to: General Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategically plan shipments by aligning product availability with customer requests.
- Monitor and oversee orders to ensure punctual and efficient deliveries.
- Prepare essential shipment documents, including invoices, purchase orders, and bills of lading.
- Coordinate and optimize supply chain procedures to enhance delivery quality.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders, suppliers, and customers.
- Supervise warehouse stock levels and initiate orders as required.
- Foster effective collaboration with clients, suppliers, and transportation companies.
- Offer timely updates to customers regarding the status of their orders.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Ideally, a minimum of 4 years of experience in Logistics & Warehouse Management.
- Proven work background as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator, or a comparable role.
- Familiarity with logistics software and transport management systems.
- Exceptional time management abilities, consistently meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Systems, enabling efficient stock management.
- Fluent proficiency in English, both in written and spoken communication.
