Warehouse Lead - East Java, West Java, Central

**Responsibilities**:

- Manages Kargo Warehouse daily operations and process
- Manages and monitors daily sub-department KPIs (inbound, outbond, inventory, return)
- Coordination of Supply and Consumables planning with Admin, Procurement and Operational Planning: Monitor warehouse P&L and commercial strategy
- Facilitation of training for new Operational Management Software processes
- Troubleshooting of any problems in any of the sub-departments
- Process Improvement of sub - departments e.g: productivity, quality and cost
- Provides weekly full overview of all KPIs during the Supply Chain Review
- Ensures compliance in Fulfillment Center, health, safety and security procedure and strict implementation on Warehouse Control Measures

- 4 Years of working experience in the related field
- People management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate others, delegate work and explain ideas
- Planning and organizing skills, Problem-solving skills and the ability to work on a tactical and strategic level
- Team player, has initiative, enthusiasm and decisiveness
- Analytical and structured troubleshooting, Advanced Microsoft suite skills, especially Excel
