Warehouse Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION

BANDUNG BASED-3 DAYS WORK FROM ANYWHERE
- Oversee and coordinate all warehouse activities, including inventory management, order processing, and shipping.
- Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure all warehouse operations comply with safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies.
JOB REQUIREMENT

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and safety regulations.
