Warehouse & Logistic Manager

Jakarta- Building Material Industry- Fluent in EnglishResponsibilities:- Plan shipment based on product availability and customer request.- Track orders to ensure timely deliveries.- Prepare shipment documents (like invoice, purchase orders and bills of lading).- Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery.- Maintain update records of orders, suppliers and customers.- Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed.- Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies.- Provide information to customers about the status of their orders**Requirements**:- Experience 4 years of Logistic & Warehouse Manager is preferred- Work experience as a Logistic Administrator, Warehouse Administrator or similar role.- Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems.- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadline.- Good communication skills.- Proficient with Warehouse Systems.- Proficiency in English, both written and oral587211
