5+ years of experience in Logistic & Warehouse Manager is preferred

We are now seeking a position as a Warehouse Manager in paper packaging industy, who will handle the following key responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide direction and guidance to other employees including the ability to assist in the provision of onjob
- training and induction along with monitoring performance, progress, and reporting back to management.
- To monitor safe with practices and adhere to safety measurement put in place by by ensuring the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment and staff.
- Manage and implement the warehouse roster and ensure there are enough trained staff to meet workload and demands all in line with budget allocation
- Effective communication with other departments, staff groups, and customers as required.
- Deliver and fulfil and other task or objectives as directed by management.
- To liaise with freight agencies and ensure timely collection of goods, reconcile deliveries in and out and report any variance to management.
- Preparation and reconciliation of regular company reports, stock movement, deliveries, etc. as instructed by management.
- To oversee and direct all waste management related tasks.
- To maintain the physical condition of the warehouse and surrounding areas by planning and implementing new design layouts, inspecting equipment, issuing work orders for repairs and completing requisitions for replacements.
- Develop the company's inventory management strategy with the aim of controlling costs within budgetary limits, generating savings, rationalising inventory and maximizing available working capital.
- Manage and control perpetual inventory stock counting / inventory accuracy checks.
- Minimise overstocks and removal of obsolete / redundant raw materials to maximize availability of working capital.
- Ensure that goods inward / stock control department is well organised and controlled to sufficiently support production and the goals of the business.
- Ensure incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedure.
- Ensure materials are ready and available for production as and when required.
- Ensure that any materials that are late or holding up production for whatever reason are chased and followed up until received.
- Ensure sub contract processes are received back and that suppliers are chased to ensure no late delivery situation.
- Implement improvement processes and systems to reduce inventory, minimise costs and maximize working capital.
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of the stock management system.
- Manage control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed and resolved
Required Skill / Abilities:
- Has exposure in Multinational companies
- Experienced in Export/Import activity
- Familiar with the regulation in bonded-zone company
- Communicative in English
- Experienced in handling warehouse & logistics in FMCG industry
