To ensure all tasks will prioritize for Sales target achievement and Logistics Cost hit rate
Supervisory logistic activities both administration and warehouse Motivate subordinates to work hard and develop their performance and work by team and harmoniously
Planning for all logistic operational process
Responsible to control inbound activity
Responsible to control outbound activity
Responsible to manage stock accuracy
Responsible to manage operation cost delivery based on budget
