Warehouse Supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Min. S1 anymajor
- Retail background
- Supermarket background
- Warehouse background
- Supervise and monitor store staff to run the store operational with SOP/Flow that has been set by management.
- Daily managing and supervising the operational team (store staff) for Inbound & Outbound process.
- Monitoring store staff to display all products with FEFO policy.
- Monitoring, controlling and investigating all the complaints that the store received.
- Make sure all the products on inbound process are well validated in the Odoo system.
- Identifying and investigating all inventory gaps.
- Monitoring all the store's facilities.
- Monitoring absent in and out store staff in the stores.
- Make sure all store areas and assets are clean and tidy.
- Support monthly general stock opname.
