Coordinate and monitor beverage base shipment to customer as per schedule confirmed by customer services
- Ensure compliance to company requirement (KORE) and other adopted requirements (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, FSSC 22000, SMK3, Halal) in day to day operation.
- Participate and support the implementation of Company Requirement (KORE), halal and other adopted requirements (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, FSSC 22000, SMK3, Halal) including but not limited to : 1. Involvement on creation and review of QSE, Halal policy. 2. Consultation if there is any changes that can affect quality, food safety, EOSH and halal
- Supervising WH operator day to day activity
- Receive incoming materials physically and ensure materials are in good condition and quantity as per PO created by purchasing by random weighing of the material random weighing of the material
- Execute SAP transaction to receive, return to supplier as necessary the materials in the system as well as to correct quantity information to reflect the real physical stock.
- Be on top of any system or transaction issue and coordinate with global IT to solve the issue
- Coordinate and monitor preparation raw/Packaging materials for production daily and ensure timely arrival and accuracy to support OE Implementation
- Independently coordinate with global to make sure CPS Indonesia WH is align with global requIrement (Maturity assesment, Global WH Project, SMP)
- Coordinate and monitor receiving of beverage base from production and store as per required storage condition as well as receiving back any remnant materials. This includes monitoring packaging material physical transaction with production team
- Conduct and monitor weekly cycle count and manage materials movements to ensure stock accuracy between physical stock and system
- Implement good record keeping for warehouse administration to ensure traceability
- Continuous review housekeeping of storage to ensure optimum utilization of warehouse capacity
- Maintain an orderly storage / receiving area and ensuring clear segregation between materials which status are unrestricted, on hold, and reject to avoid inadvertent shipment of blocked stocks.
- Manage storage in rejected area to ensure materials to be destroyed have been RFA approved and execute preparation for material destruction for pick up by third party
- Actively Identify continuous improvement to increase productivity, saving and also minimize both internal and external complaints, to solve problems in a timely manner.
- Operate forklift safely as per working instruction to move material around warehouse (production, storage) as well as loading and unloading shipping containers/trucks, storage) as well as loading and unloading shipping containers/trucks
- Perform routine pre and post inspection on forklift
**Requirements**:
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferably in logistics, supply chain management, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: More than 5 years experience on Warehouse area, preferably in a supervisory role
- Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Experience using SAP is more advantage and detailed understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, supply chain processes, logistic and safety regulations.
- Certifications: Certifications related to logistics or warehouse management could be beneficial.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication skills, computer skills, well organized and attention to detail, ability to keep calm under pressure, decision-making skills, and problem-solving abilities.
