Water Complaint Handling - BSD Job Descriptions:
Receive and record customer complaints regarding water issues into the system.Carry out administrative activities and monitoring related to customer complaints from initial complaint to the final stage, including recording the closure of complaints in the system.Coordinate follow-up actions with relevant internal parties if there are unresolved complaints.Prepare detailed reports on the process of handling customer complaints for performance evaluation purposes.Job Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma Degree from Any Major.Minimum 2 year of working experience in administration or 1 year in the same field.Computer literate (Ms.Office).Communication & Negotiation Skill.
Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
