Water Services Coordinator - Bsd

**Job Descriptions**:

- Coordinate with technicians regarding carrying out repairs and complaints.
- Check the results of complaint improvements before submitting them to the Water Complaints section.
- Coordinate regularly with Customer Care in handling customer complaints.
- Arrange a schedule for repairing complaints, installing new meters, reinstalling meters and removing meters.
- Make a report on installing new meters, reinstalling meters and removing meters.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Diploma degree from Electrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field.
- Computer Literacy (Ms. Office).
- Have a good communication & negotiation skill.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
