Job Description
Responsible for the implementation and management of multiple government website using WordPress, including the back-end development
Reviewing web content, links, and design, providing necessary updates for broken links and updated content and enhancements as necessary all while adhering to mobile compliance standards
Conducting user testing and use analysis to assess effectiveness of the site and discussing usability issues internally with the team
Offering site recommendations or improvements to internal team
Optimize of WordPress Theme templates, layouts, and styles (PHP, HTML, CSS)
Review and manage plugins for functionality and performance
Troubleshooting and correction of layout and/or performance issues
Backup, creation, transfer, restoration of WordPress websites and databases
Update and maintain the accuracy of previously published information.
**Utilize analytical data (e.g.**: Google analytics) to determine usability of webpages, track visitor flow, and measure success of driving traffic.
Train and assist content managers on their webpage needs.
Assist in Seller Marketing weekly data gathering and reporting (all the data from projects, website, social media)
Requirement
Preferably major from Computer Science, Engineering, or similar relevant field
At least 1-2 years experience as a WordPress web developer or webmaster
Extensive knowledge and experience of building WordPress CMS websites using the best practice and standard plugins
Web programming skills. Knowledge of PHP frameworks, libraries, or any other technology relevant to WordPress Multisite
Experience with WordPress server administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Creative and efficient problem solver
Understanding browser capabilities.
Knowledge of Illustration tools.
Multimedia content development.
Web technologies such as HTML, CSS. Optional experience with Javascript, XML, and other web technologies.
