Web Developer

**Responsibilities**:

- **Website Design**:

- Conceptualize, design, and implement visually stunning and highly usable websites that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
- **User Experience (UX) Design**:

- Conduct user research to understand target audiences and user needs.
- Develop and enhance user journeys to optimize overall user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate user feedback into the design process.
- **Responsive Design**:

- Ensure that designs are responsive and compatible across various devices and platforms.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in responsive design.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with developers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
- Communicate design concepts and decisions effectively to non-design stakeholders.
- **Graphic Design**:

- Create graphics, icons, and other visual elements to enhance website aesthetics.
- Ensure that all design elements align with the overall visual identity of the brand.
- **Testing and Optimization**:

- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Optimize website performance and user engagement through iterative design enhancements.

**Salary**: Rp2,500,000 - Rp4,000,000 per month

- Bandung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- HTML: 1 year (preferred)
- Graphic Design: 1 year (preferred)
- Web Design: 1 year (preferred)
- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
