WEBUY is a leading social eCommerce platform operating in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia. founder Vincent Xue, who has earlier co-founded the international shopping platform ezbuy. We have already received almost 10m USD in funding within 1-year of operations from well-known investors. With a group buying approach and tools, it fosters shopper interaction and drives product sales for merchants through active shopper recommendation and group sharing. Its business operates in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia, and will launch in other countries in the SEA moving ahead.
**Job Brief**:
Develop, coordinate and implement plans that have been agreed upon by the company in developing the business and obtaining new profit opportunities.
- Establish and execute growth strategies for partnership business in Area of Responsibility.
- New partner acquisition to increase the travel cooperation and brand exposure
- Account management - increase sales achievement through close relationships with partners, on-going operational support and bridge between partner and our regional technical support team
- Day-to-day management of existing partners (performance, reporting, promotions, solutions)
- Develop annual account plans for and build long term relationships with key accounts
**Requirements**:
- Proven business development and/or sales management track record
- 5+ years of work experience in business development
- Good understanding of the Internet & Travel trends
- Experience in interacting with external senior level executives
- Business analysis skills including managing data analysis tools
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Able to work independently but also to be good at teamwork
**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
