JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure consistency and highest quality specialty within Korean cuisine, maintaining the financial performance indicators in line with the budget.
• Actively participate in the strategic planning and ongoing development of the hotel, including revenue forecasting, ensuring the delivery of our environment commitments, overseeing the health, safety and security of our guests and our Heartist
• Develops and maintains active menus based on sales mix, demands, special promotionsand product availability.
• Being the HACCP champion andensuring all of our Heartist are following and compliance to HACCP guidelines
 
JOB REQUIREMENT

• Experience in authentic Western Cuisine
• Has minimum 2 (Two) year experience in a similar position in reputable corporate
• Previous experience in Luxury Hotel or international experience are advantages
• Strong in leadership and business acumen
• Outstanding communications skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• A confident and able to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of an organization
• Enthusiastic and positive personality with the ability to build trusting relationships with others
• Proven organizational skills, works well on their own.
• Able to set and meet deadlines with quality results
