(Wfh) Mandarin Customer Service

Location: WFH in Malaysia
Operation Hours: 24*7 rotational shift
Operation Day: 5 working days + 2 days off

**Salary**: RM 4,200 (total package)
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
- Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.

**Job Requirement**
- English Speaking, Customer Service Level 1 (native or near native quality business English)
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience is a must.
- Minimum Diploma holder or degree holder

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Up to Rp13,926,633 per month
