**Whistleblowing System Supervisor**
**Responsibilities**:
- Handling whistle-blowers reports via WBS channels.
- Documenting complaint/reports in relevant reporting templates and online system
- Drafting weekly and monthly activity report of WBS systems for clients
- Preparing and/or updating client system and data on a timely basis
- Providing support for R&D on WBS
- Providing other required support for the department (when necessary)
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma Degree qualified in communication, law, or criminology
- Minimum 1-3 years' experience in the same role or call center/customer service
- Experience in using Microsoft office and analysis
- Minimum Upper-intermediate English language skills
- Autonomous and able to work without close supervision
- Experienced in writing reports and serving customers or counseling areas will be an advantage
- Hands-on experience in communication and interviewing
- Good knowledge of fraud, bribery, and wrongdoing related to ethics or ISO 37001 will be an advantages
