Wordpress Developer (Back-End)

We're looking for a skilled WordPress Developer to join our team, someone who is passionate about clean, scalable code and delivering polished, high-performing websites.

Tasks Experience in database development using PHP/MySQL to support application back-end and front-end is necessary . Develop, maintain, and optimize custom WordPress websites. Integrate and manage third-party APIs, ensuring seamless functionality. Build and maintain custom APIs for unique project requirements. Experience with common web development tools and services, such as version control software, web servers and CDN, and package managers is necessary . Collaborate on projects using Git workflows, ensuring efficient code collaboration and deployment. Troubleshoot server issues and handle management tasks (experience with NGINX, LiteSpeed Server). Able to work independently, making use of technology to communicate effectively with the team via email, video and audio teleconference, and face to face Requirements Minimum of 3 years of related experience is necessary. Experience developing custom WordPress themes is necessary . Experience with common web development tools and services, such as version control software, web servers and CDN, and package managers is necessary. Knowledge of website interfaces, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and web standards is necessary. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills is necessary. Experience using third-party APIs and web services to develop robust applications and user experiences is preferred. Understanding and familiarity with internet security best practices is preferred.
