Work & Rewards - Lead Associate

As a Work & Rewards Consultant, you will need strong business acumen along with confidence to interact with key client contacts, work in teams, and build a trusted advisor status. You will focus on helping clients through understanding issues and shaping solutions, bringing new perspectives to their problems and accessing the power of our global network of thought leaders.

**The Role**
- Work with Senior Consultants/Directors to develop and implement solutions including HR Strategy, organization/workforce analytics, total reward strategy, reward design, job architecture and levelling, compensation benchmarking. Lead industry compensation surveys.
- Project lead small to medium complexity projects with oversight from senior consultants, taking responsibility for overall project success
- Develop technical knowledge and skills in reward, our consulting frameworks, thought leadership, and trends in HR technology.
- Provide practical insights into how best to reward and manage the workforce of today and plan for the workforce of tomorrow
- Manage small to medium projects and client expectations, and raise appropriate issues to Senior Consultants/Directors
- Contribute to new business development by developing proposals and statements of work, project plans and budgets
- Partner with analyst level team members to review work, provide guidance and insight
