Workshop Superintendent
- Diploma's or Bachelor's or Master's Degree in related field experienced.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Production Process, maintanances or equivalent.
- Good Understanding SAP, Ms. Office, Planning Maintenance for Pulp Production machine & manpower, and Material Management.
- Ensure that all production plans are achieved by implementing all process operations as per work instruction and quality plan.
- Ensure the production schedule goes according to plan Preventive, Corrective and Predictive maintenance.
- Have good communication and cooperation skills. Assertive, energetic, agile and thorough.Must be fluent in English.
- Able to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
- Enthusiastic, responsible, high self-efficacy and positive working attitude.
- Have good attitude Leaderships and ready work in shift schedule (for Shifting Schedule).
- Able to work long hours/weekend/holidays when required and under pressure.
- Willing to be placement in Tarakan, North Kalimantan (no roster system).
