**Our Exciting Opportunity**:
We are now looking for a Second Level Operations Specialist that you will be responsible for the coordination, management, execution and reactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support than offered by the 1st level Operations.
This person shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels
**You will**:
- Involving assurance support activities & solving incident management
- Assisting with Problem management & Performing in system administration
- Working with Billing operations
**To be successful in the role you must have**:
- Bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom)
- Proven experience of deploy system tests and leading testing team
- ISEB/ISTQB software testing qualifications would be an advantage
**Additional Requirements**:
Has a good knowledge of Managed Service telecom operations practice
Knowledge sharing and collaboration skills with team
Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
Improvements and precision in field service delivery of the Cluster related to Operation, Coverage & Capacity
For Cluster experience, liaison for the customer and Ericsson Organization
Accountable for people leadership in Cluster - Team Motivation & Engagement.
