3Pl Operations Monitoring

Ensuring the daily activity team goes well in accordance with SOP
- Escalating issues that occur in 3PL and Brands
- Monitor and analyze problematic receipts (untracked & Undelivery)
- Process claims to 3PL for problematic receipts
- Make weekly reports on the performance of each 3PL
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Min Bachelors degree or Diploma in related major/field
- Have 2-3 years of experience in related role
- Have a logistics or shipment experience
- Ability to operate and process data using MS Excel
- Good Communications skill
- Experience in managing people or team
- Critical Thinking and problem solving skill
- Willing to be placed in Bandung
