**Tasks**
- We are seeking operational support to assist the Academy Manager and close coordination with Academy Operation Executive, primarily in managing the planning and delivery of customized solution/audit services and academy programs.
- ** Key Responsibilities**:
- Standardizing systems, processes, and procedures for Audit Services and Academy to ensure consistency and efficiency across all operations.
- Managing the document control centre for customized solutions, audit services, and academy materials, including training syllabi, training materials, report templates, and customized presentations.
- Assist the Academy Manager in obtaining new licenses or accreditations for services offered by the Academy and Audit Services
- Overseeing project management activities such as planning, controlling, and realizing the delivery of customized solutions, audit services, and academy programs.
- Ensuring all projects meet customer requirements, including specific job/man-day needs, audit and training protocols, technical specifications, and qualifications of trainers and auditors.
- Monitoring and tracking the submission of audit reports by both internal and external auditors to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Serve as the administrative reviewer for customized audit reports prior to client submission, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company standards and client requirements.
**Qualifications**
- ** Key Requirements**:
- Diploma or bachelor s degree from a reputable institution with minimum 2 years of experience
- Have good communicating skills, including negotiation skill.
- Able to communicate the minimum in basic English.
- Minimum intermediate proficiency in Operating Microsoft Program especially MS Word and MS Excel
- Meticulous, organized, and attention to detail.
