Academy Manager

**Tasks**
- ** Key Responsibilities**:

- Development of Training Academy Business Strategy, Business Plan and yearly training sales budget
- To achieve Training Academy Yearly Sales Target
- Develop, manage training academy team and to ensure Trainer Utilization is minimum 80%
- To Market e-learning material under digital academy
- To ensure average delegate per class for public training is minimum 7 delegates
- Development of customised and innovated training materials
- To manage healthy time allocation as Training Academy Manager (50% training delivery and 50% Training Academy business management)
- To attend weekly Training Sales meeting
- Development of Training Marketing Collateral

**Qualifications**
- ** Key Requirements**:

- Minimum a bachelor s degree in any discipline from reputable university with at least 5 years working experiences as trainer as well as business development related to training.
- Has good leadership skills.
- Has an experience as an auditor for minimum at 3 standard qualifications
- Spoken English, and good communication skills in reporting and presentation.
- Experience working in a TIC company would be a great advantage
- Clear and articulate presentation ability with strong interpersonal skills and customer focus to establish positive relations
- Mature, self-disciplined and results-driven
