- 7-10 years of pertinent industry experience in client services or account management, showcasing a proven track record of surpassing client expectations and cultivating long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
- Previous agency experience handling Retail, FMCG, Beverage, and Beauty clients.
- Expertise in Below-the-line (BTL), Print management, POSM, Activation, and Retail Branding.
- Track record of working on high-profile accounts with multi-disciplined account and agency teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage managers, develop staff, address performance issues, and devise resource plans.
- Comprehensive understanding of the entire end-to-end marketing process, from client strategic requirements to cross-channel delivery.
- Intuitive capacity to break down problems and devise solutions within the framework of a strategic objective, acknowledging both the big picture and the details of any given situation.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Strong communication and listening abilities to effectively communicate across various organizational levels, with experience delivering inspirational communications to motivate both clients and colleagues.
