Account Director (Marketing Campaign)

Prior experience in the agency will be preferred.

Our client is one of Digital Platform companies with the aim of providing unique experience to its customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and implement a planning campaign in collaboration with CPG brands.
- Increase the company's yearly revenue and that of the CPG Brands.
- Assistance with identifying and developing new business possibilities
- Handle day-to-day marketing campaigns, reporting, optimization, deliverables, and ROI with Brands Partners.
- Assisting the team in ensuring the seamless onboarding of new CPG Brands (including data gathering and administration).
- Work with internal teams to supervise the implementation of each Brand campaign, ensuring seamless onboarding and achieving the desired ROI.
- Assist the team in monitoring the performance of ongoing collaborations.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with preferable industries, markering agency/CPG company
- Account Director from Marketing / digital agency company or CPG marketing experience is a must
- Good in relationship management or the ability to build, establish, and maintain relationships with essential partners
- strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities
- Detail-oriented and adept in Microsoft Office (word, excel, and power point) and the Google workspace environment (Google documents, spreadsheets, and so on).
- Ability to successfully handle several jobs of different complexity and fulfill deadlines
- Willingness to learn new skills and adjust to a fast-paced setting
