Account Executive - English Academy (B2B)

Details of the offer

Prospect and identify new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, canvassing, networking, referrals, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct presentations to showcase the value propositions of our offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
- Communicate client's needs with the internal team, prepare and execute the program's operational and administration requirements
- Minimum education level of D3 from all majors
- Experience in Direct Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development for a minimum of 2 years (Preferably in the same field)
- Possess good presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving the company's set targets
- Willing to work with high mobility and undertake business trips
- Proficient in operating Microsoft Office (Excel is preferred)
