Account Executive Expansion - Spx Express (Jakarta)

People are key to Shopee's growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees.
- To inform any changes in operations flow to our partners
- As a problem solving agent to help SPX Express Partners if the face any issue
- Conduct training to new partners onboard
- Following up to partners regarding the lost parcels
- Align with related stakeholders to solve lost parcels issue
- Monthly incentive report

**Requirements**:

- Have a minimum Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university
- Have the related working experience in Account Executive is preferred
- Outstanding communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (written & verbal) and a good understanding of English
- Able to work under pressure at a fast-moving working pace
- Enjoy roles that revolves around account management & doing repetitive daily operation
- High attention to details
- Highly organized and dependable
- Proficient in Ms. Excel, Google Sheet & Google Slide
- 6 months contract with a possibility to be extended/converted to a permanent position
- Placement in South Jakarta
