Key Responsibilities
- Understands the digital media landscape, including leading and emerging media channels/partners (with a skew towards digital)
- Preferably have had exposure of programmatic buying
- Liaise with clients/agencies to discuss and identify their advertising requirements
- Work with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget
- Present (alongside agency colleagues - particularly the account manager) the campaign ideas and budget to the client
- Work with the account manager to brief media, creative and research staff and assist with the formulation of marketing strategies
- Liaise with, and act as the link between agencies by maintaining regular contact with both
- Ensure that communication flows effectively
- Negotiate with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns
- Present creative work to clients for approval or modification
- Handle budgets, manage campaign costs and invoice clients
- Write client reports
- Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns
- Undertake administrative tasks
- Arrange and attend meetings
- Make pitches with the aim of securing new business
A bit about you
- BA/BS degree in related field or equivalent substantial work experience
- 1-2 years of experience in Online Media Planning / Buying in the Performance Display and Video Advertising space (Fresh Graduate who are willing to learn are welcome too!)
- Meticulous with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in numbers
- Consultative, with strong written and verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to diagnose campaign issues, create solutions, to communicate and recommend those solutions to others in an easy-to-understand format
- Efficient time management with ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Able to work well under pressure and deliver exceptional results
