Account Executive

Rubicube Creative is one of Xperteam Consultant Client is currently in need of a Account Executive for placement in North Jakarta.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set project timeline.
- Monitor project deliverables.
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress.
- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and exceeding expectations
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.

**Qualifications**:

- Woman around 21 - 35 years
- Experienced minimum 2-3 years in Account Management within the branding, marketing, or advertising industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent communication, project management, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficient in CRM and project management software.
- Proven track record of maintaining and growing client relationships, managing project from inception to completion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment.
- Passion for innovative branding solutions and commitment to agency's mission and values.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and Englih along with great interpersonal and communication skills are required. **Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus**.
