Account Executive (Japanese Speaker)

We are currently looking for a Japanese-Speaking Account Executive familiar with IT industries, able to develop the company's business from scratch, and has a goal-oriented mindset.
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and principals.
- Develop opportunities in promoting and selling IT solutions and creating projects (hardware, software, and services).
- Aggressively develop and manage strategic accounts by using a consultative approach.
- Providing IT solutions tailored to Client's needs & pain points together with Engineering & Support Team.
- Develop and execute sales plans including sales analysis, target achievement,
- Deliver sales strategy and business tactics by reading market trends and doing negotiations.
- Generate quotations and sales invoices.

**Job Requirement**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's from any major
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Fluent in spoken and written Japanese, bearing JLPT N2
- Required skill(s): IT product marketing, IT business development, Sales, Sales Activities, Sales Presentation, and Documentation.
- Highly motivated, able to work with target.
- Highly resilient and eager to learn.
