**Responsibilities**
- Identify and engage with potential debtors who meet the criteria for restructuring offers.
- Oversee the entire restructuring process, including document collection, amount calculation, memo creation, and final implementation.
- Monitor the progress of debtors undergoing restructuring and collaborate with the Area Collection Manager and Business team to ensure successful outcomes.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including both internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with the Area Collection Manager to recruit suitable Field Collectors to handle debtor cases.
- Ensure the timely completion of assigned work plan objectives and projects.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- ** At least 3 years of experience in the restructuring process within the multifinance industry.**:
- ** Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience.**:
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
