Account Management Officer (Logistics)

**Responsibilities**:

- Approach and engage sellers to utilize our company's shipping services.
- Manage and support sellers who are currently using our logistics services.
- Assist in handling seller complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct presentations at partner events to promote our services.
- Visit sellers to provide product knowledge, maintenance, and address issues.
- Prepare acquisition and issue reports for submission to the Supervisor.
- Build and maintain good communication with internal and external parties.
- Identify issues and provide solutions for partners.
- Maintain communication and coordination with Community Partner Marketplace.
- Ensure the implementation of Information Security Management System in daily operations according to applicable regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent public speaking and negotiation skills.
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- High level of integrity and ethical standards.
- Strong analytical thinking, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, with initiative and creative thinking abilities.
