As an Account Manager - Data Center, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing the strategic account (s) strategy focused on share of wallet growth, profitability and customer satisfaction. Reporting to Product Marketing Manager, you will be coordinating the sales activities and managing resolution of specific customer problems. This position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Understanding the key business drivers of the relevant customer's business and business environment, interpreting the impact and opportunity for ABB
- Defining and proposing sales targets for the account and ensuring their achievement with a structured follow up process across divisions and countries
- Creating added value for the customer and ABB by ensuring a coordinated sales approach (e.g., frame agreements, AVL related actions)
- Monitoring competitors' activity with the account and ensuring that appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented
**Your background**:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics or equivalent field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Account Management ideally from Data Center segment
- A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
