**Account Manager**
The Account Manager or WBS Supervisor is responsible for managing the implementation of the whistleblowing program. The WBS Supervisor manages a team of operators, ensures quality of the service and builds capacity to serve national and regional clients. The WBS Supervisor also actively participates in research & development to improve our systems.
**Responsibilities**:
- Management of a team of operators:
- Supervise implementation of SOP, scripts, reporting
- Training and coaching of operators
- Account Management & Sales
- Courtesy visits to clients (satisfaction survey, expansion of service, contract extension)
- Capacity building
- Adding language capabilities to build an international tool
- Arranging infrastructure in coordination with Business Partner division
- Set up script, forms, and questionnaire for onboarding client
- Check and verify all channels are active and functioning before launching the system
- Creating and updating SOP, tutorials and working instructions
- Participating in creation of business specifications and blueprints
- Participating to project development and UAT with Marketing & Product Development team
- Other tasks and assignment as per requested by Assistant Manager of Business Investigation and Compliance
- Other ad-hoc assignments as per supervisor's requests
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor Degree qualified in communication, law, or criminology
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the same role
- Experience in using Microsoft office and analysis
- Minimum Upper-intermediate English language skills
- Autonomous and able to work without close supervision
- Experienced in writing reports and serving customers or counseling areas will be an advantage
- Hands-on experience in communication and interviewing
- Good knowledge of fraud, bribery, and wrongdoing related to ethics or ISO 37001 will be an advantages
